This was made for my first grandchild, born this year. Boy or girl, they were going to get yachts and fish! I got a boy.

Foundation pieced from scraps of all sorts- leftovers from sewing, old clothes etc. Nothing was bought specially for the quilt. No batting, because it is being used in California.
My husband had the idea of putting a lighthouse in the middle. He can be quite useful!
