Virtual Quilt Show: Petra McLennan

Petra McLennan, Zesty

Zesty was made for my 14 y.o. granddaughter, who requested an orange and gray quilt .. and "not boxy please". The pattern came from a free motion quilting book by Natalia Bonner. This is only the second quilt I have ever dome any free motion quilting on ( thanks Mariya W for giving me the confidence to tackle this ! )

    I think you did a great job of making a "non-boxy" quilt, and the quilting. I hope your grand-daughter loves it!
